RATES & POLICIES
Minimum Stay: 3 nights
Rate per night: $150
Weekly Rate: $970
Monthly Rate: $3000
Cleaning fee per stay: $100
New York State sales tax is 8.75% and there is an additional 3% hotel tax for stays under 30 days.
Rates are for single/double occupancy.
Payment:
Payment can be made in cash or with a personal check. Full payment is required to hold a reservation.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made before the arrival date will be refunded based on re-rental of the lodging. There are no refunds for early departures or no shows.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is between 3 PM and 6 PM unless other arrangements are made.
Check-out is by 11 AM.
Policies:
Accommodations are offered to 1-2 guests.
Autumnview Lodging is a smoke free environment.
Guests assume responsiblity for all damages.
